James L. Gibson

James L. Gibson is the author of numerous textbooks and a former management professor at the University of Kentucky. He has co-authored eight books on management and business decisions. His texts have been used in the most prestigious universities in the world and several of them have become standards in their fields. Dr. Gibson has also served the Commonwealth of Kentucky as the director of organizational development for the Department of Health and the director of the Office for Policy and Budget in the Kentucky Cabinet for Human Resources. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Centre College and both his M.B.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Kentucky.
