Randolph C. Blazer is the chairman and CEO of BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc.), one of the world's largest consulting and systems integration firms, employing 10,000 people worldwide. Under his leadership, KPMG Consulting launched the second largest IPO in NASDAQ’s history, had 18 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth, increased revenues from $800 million to nearly $3 billion and institutionalized a "Client for Life" culture resulting in a 96% retention rate of KPMG Consulting's top clients. In 2000, Consulting magazine named him one of the most influential consultants. The next year he made the list of the Elite 100 of Upside magazine. Mr. Blazer received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Western Maryland College.
