Helen W. Cornell

Helen W. Cornell serves on the board of directors for four corporations and two non-profit organizations. She also provides consulting related to corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Cornell recently retired as the executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of Gardner Denver, Inc. She joined Gardner Denver, a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered products for industrial, medical and petroleum applications, in 1988 as the manager of financial planning and analysis and served as an officer of the company from 1994 until her retirement. She holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
