Paul Leone

Paul N. Leone, president and chief operating officer of The Breakers Palm Beach Inc. Leone joined The Breakers in 1985 as controller and was later promoted to vice president and chief financial officer. Since 1992, he served as president of Flagler System Management, and in October 1994, became president and chief operating officer of The Breakers Palm Beach and Flagler System, Inc. Leone has restored a strong sense of pride and teamwork in the 112-year old company’s 2,300 staff members. An excellent communicator, approachable leader and extremely disciplined, Mr. Leone is dedicated to the highest standards of conduct and performance. After graduating from UK’s Von Allmen School of Accountancy, Leone began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he worked with various hospitality accounts, including The Breakers.
